Củ cải gọt vỏ thái lát, ớt và gốc hành thái lát. Giá đỗ rửa sạch để ráo. Thịt bò thái miếng vừa ăn, cho phần gia vị ướp thịt bò vào trộn đều. Đun nóng một ít dầu ăn trong nồi, cho thịt bò đã ướp vào xào săn.
Thêm củ cải vào đảo chung rồi thêm nước dùng tảo biển vào nồi cùng với 15ml nước mắm. Đun cho thịt bò và củ cải chín. Cho giá đỗ và hành ớt thái lát vào đảo đều rồi nêm lại chút muối, hat tiêu cho vừa ăn rồi tắt bếp.
