Ngâm nước cho miến nở mềm. Làm sạch lòng gà, chà xát với 1 muỗng cà phê muối, rửa lại với nước, cắt nhỏ. Ướp lòng gà với 1/2 muỗng cà phê tiêu, 1 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm khoảng 5 phút cho ngấm. Rửa sạch hành lá cắt nhỏ. Bóc vỏ tỏi và hành tím rồi cắt nhỏ.
Cách làm miến xào lòng gà: Phi thơm tỏi, hành tím với 2 muỗng canh dầu ăn. Cho lòng gà đã ướp vào, đảo đều 3 phút.
Tiếp theo, cho miến vào, đảo đều đến khi tất cả hòa quyện vào nhau. Nêm gia vị 1 muỗng cà phê nước mắm, 1/2 muỗng cà phê bột ngọt cho vừa ăn.
Tắt bếp, rắc hành lá vào. Đảo sơ qua để chín hành. Như vậy, món miến xào lòng gà đã hoàn tất. Chuẩn bị thêm 1 chén nước tương ớt xắt ăn cùng miến xào lòng gà để món ăn thêm ngon miệng nhé!
